"I could not have asked for a better experience with a realtor than the one we had working with Mark. We ended up getting the best house of all the ones we saw, and he negotiated it under our max price and even got some extra money back for us at closing. We had a long list of requirements for a 4-bedroom home, and he helped us through 3 offers (we lost the first two and got the last one, and we are now so happy that we lost the first two!) We texted him at all hours, 7 days a week, and he responded quickly and hopped on a call whenever we had a question. Mark is extraordinarily knowledgable about what is good and bad in a home, and gave us a lot of confidence about our search across Carrollton and Plano. He called out important details that are easy to miss from pictures and a quick tour, like flooring and cabinet quality, and gave us honest opinions about if he felt each home was a good financial investment, too. When our offer was accepted, Mark white-glove took care of immediately scheduling a pool inspection and home inspection. He read the reports and negotiated thousands of dollars back at closing. Then, he helped us prioritize the list of fixes and brought out a plumber, electrician, a pool maintenance company and others so we could use that money back in order to have everything fixed before we moved in. Our search took just about 3 months, and we never felt rushed or pressured. We highly recommend Mark."
