We texted him at all hours, 7 days a week, and he responded quickly and hopped on a call whenever we had a question. Mark is extraordinarily knowledgable about what is good and bad in a home, and gave us a lot of confidence about our search across Carrollton and Plano. He called out important details that are easy to miss from pictures and a quick tour, like flooring and cabinet quality, and gave us honest opinions about if he felt each home was a good financial investment, too. When our offer was accepted, Mark white-glove took care of immediately scheduling a pool inspection and home inspection. He read the reports and negotiated thousands of dollars back at closing. Then, he helped us prioritize the list of fixes and brought out a plumber, electrician, a pool maintenance company and others so we could use that money back in order to have everything fixed before we moved in.
